CLAMPS - mise-en-scene Costume- the characters' costumes are fitting to their roles as wizards as they are dressed in long black robes along with hats which typically connote ideas of witches/wizards. Lighting- the dark lighting suggests that it night time or unexpected missions occur often especially as both wizards seem to be prepared and in control. It also creates a sense of mystery as the dark lighting makes it difficult to see things fully. Actors- The actors look concerned and they walk alongside each other which suggests that they're dealing with an important case- this must mean they are important. Make-up - Dumbledore has a fake beard which connotes a kind of wisdom, and adds age to his character while Hagrid has sweat and dirt on his face which suggests he in charge of hard work. Props- Dumbledore holds a 'Deluminator' which is a prop that adds to the effect of mystery as it removes light. This suggests that the scene has to be secretive and und

Transformation: 100 words The transformation was inspired by bollywood actresses, with a horrific twist.The right side of Saira's face shows a glamorous, golden, dramatic look which I used various types of make up to achieve.I used gems and fake eyelashes to add to the effect of the glamour. On the other side, I used liquid latex to create the texture of wounded skin on her cheek. With this, I also used tissue and wool to create the actual wound. In the centre of the wound I used fake blood to complete the transformation - this made the whole thing look more realistic as the face paints I used looks more like bruises. 

Mise-en-scene Baz Luhrmann's 'The Great Gatsby' CLAMPS Costume:  The characters in this scene are dressed in the typical 1930's style that people would dress in if they were rich and prestigious. This means the women are dressed elegantly and extravagantly which could be reflecting how women were expected to look in that time period.  Lighting: The lighting and angle manage to show the extravagance of Gatsby's mansion, the pool being an electric green and the balconies being intricately made and positioned. The angle  also displays the mass of people in the mansion to heighten the visual justification of how successful Gatsby is- this could relate to the action story line of him using a facade of parties to hide his true being. Actor: The actors placements  are important in this scene because there are people all over the mansion on different floors to show the extent of his extravagance- there are people dancing in every crevice of the floor and even
